The 47th Annual WSOP Main Event set a new daily attendance record after 4,240 entrants sat down to compete on Day 1C. 764 players entered Day 1A, 1,733 players decided to try their luck on Day 1B.
Once again, the WSOP Main Event is a 10-day competition with three starting flights. Registration is open until the start of Day 2 and players will play five 120-minute levels on Day 1. You can see the levels during the registration period in the 2019 WSOP Main Event structure table below, plus one additional level that you’d start playing if you registered right before registration closed.
The single-day attendance record for the WSOP Main Event was broken on Friday with almost 5,000 players registering for the Day 1c flight. That number brings the total attendance for the 2019 Main Event over the 8,000 mark, making it the second-highest ever.
